Taipei Dangdai 2019 was the first truly international art fair ever to be held in Taiwan. Featuring a world-class line-up of 90 galleries from around the globe carefully selected by a committee of leading gallerists, the fair was held in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall.
Our team managed a large crew of 768 people who worked around the clock to ensure excellent production quality. Communication and client servicing were the most important variables, as we had to liaise with 90 international galleries based in different time zones. Across the 13,000 sq. m. venue, the crew set up 1,800 customised light fittings, used 950 gallons of water-based paints in 25 pantone colours – which were later collected and treated on site – installed over 2,500 specially-fabricated seamless wooden panels and conducted over 300 coordination sessions with different stakeholders.
