HP Malaysia – Next Level WFH Campaign

In view of the country’s extended stint under lockdown, HP Malaysia aimed to attract more online traffic to boost sales of Spectre X360 14 and Envy premium laptops. The brand engaged with Infinity-Pico to develop and implement a campaign that would reach into the homes and hearts of their customer demographic.

Making a virtue of necessity, the team took working from home – colloquially known as ‘WFH’ – as the basis of the campaign. Bringing some allure the well-known abbreviation, it was entitled ‘Next Level WFH’. Further, the inclusion of prizes in the campaign meant that WFH itself would now stand for ‘Win from HP’.


Infinity-Pico implemented the campaign vision in full, providing services that included planning, strategic insights, KOL management, online social amplification, Facebook live show production, content creation, social media planning and contest management. Influencers were recruited to buttress the campaign, as was a live show on Facebook. Buyers of Envy and Spectre x360 14 laptops were automatically entered into biweekly draws, as well as a final ‘grand draw’.

The Facebook live show alone yielded excellent results for the campaign, including:
