Pico builds 516-bed Inya COVID centre in Myanmar

Pico Myanmar was appointed to build the new Inya COVID Centre at the Yangon Convention Centre. The facility features 516 beds for COVID-19 patients.

The Pico Myanmar team began work on the project on 29 September after being appointed by main donors KBZ Bank and Shwe Than Lwin. The team also donated furniture to the facility, which commenced operation on 10 October.

The Inya COVID Centre is another example of how Pico is bringing its expertise to the fight against COVID-19 in communities around the world.
