Pico is proud to announce its participation in Earth Hour 2025, when its 2,700 staff in 36 cities will join millions more around the globe to show commitment to a healthier, greener world. 

On Saturday 22 March, from 8.30-9.30pm (local time), each employee will switch off non-essential lighting and electrical equipment to reduce energy usage and promote environmental protection. As well as spending an hour in the dark, Pico also encourages employees to learn more about environmental issues, adopt greener lifestyles, and even inspire others to make an effort. Staff members will also be spreading the word about the #BiggestHourForEarth campaign on social media and by sending e-cards to clients and friends.

Initiated by the World Wildlife Fund, Earth Hour unites people and organisations from over 190 countries in an effort to protect the planet. Earth Hour aligns with Pico’s own long-standing Pico Global Care in Action initiative, which emphasises responsible resource usage and sustainable business practices.
